'Lost' Star Reveals Her Favorite Music

Her character on Lost might have fallen for a rock star, but the musical tastes of Australian actress Emilie de Ravin are much more than groupie-deep. Here, the 28-year-old -- whose next project, Remember Me, (out March 12) finds her canoodling with Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson -- reveals the contents of her iPod, including a certain gangsta rap outfit she discovered thanks to RPatz himself.

Name a song you've listened to in the last 24 hours.
Black Mountain's "Angels." It's psychedelic but very emotional. They sound like an old-school band that has been brought into the present day.

What was the last concert you attended?
The most memorable was Coachella in 2007. Everyone from Willie Nelson to the Black Keys was there. It's frustrating because there were always at least three bands I wanted to see at any given time, but my friends had drawn up a very strict itinerary. Peter Bjorn and John had the best vibe going.

What's the first album that you bought with your own money?
It was the Beatles' "Red" and "Blue" albums. My parents are on the older side, so they weren't even big fans, but I think they were happy I wasn't buying Kris Kross.

Do you have a go-to karaoke song?
"Heartbreaker" by Pat Benatar. She balances passion and aggression. And people will jump in and sing along, which makes me feel more confident.

What album would we be surprised to learn is in your collection?
N.W.A's Straight Outta Compton. I think [Remember Me costar] Rob Pattinson introduced me to them.

What song was playing during your first kiss?
Oasis' "Wonderwall." I was about 13. The song was much better than the kiss.

What's your favorite music to drive to?
Zeppelin's The Song Remains the Same. It's not like I'll put it on every time I get in the car, but it's very freeing.

Name a playlist on your iPod.
I made a '90s mix when I was in New York with Eagle-Eye Cherry, Jimmy Eat World, and Weezer.

Who comes after Radiohead on your iPod?

Rooney. I'm not sure I've listened to them in a while. The Royal Tenenbaums soundtrack comes next, and that I listen to a lot.

What album did you worship in high school?
Alanis Morissette. Every girl must own Jagged Little Pill.

What's the first concert you attended?
My earliest memory is seeing Michael Jackson in Melbourne with my sister when I was about ten. I still have this souvenir stick with a glove that would light up and make a peace sign in a bunch of different colors. I'm so happy my mom didn't throw that out.
